Remote update manager Error 1.

I am testing out Remote Update manager, in our company. As we've for some reason been using SCCM to deploy Adobe Applications, to limited success.

Now i've created a package via the Admin Console.

With all the options ticked.  As shown below.

Now its installed, and i've signed in.

However when ever I try to use RUM to update the application, it gives the following error.

Also the following error.

When I try use the product version command i get the following.

Now i am running CMD as Admin.

I don't know what is causing this error.

IF i need to provide logs, i will be happy to provide them.

Any help would be awesome.

Hi,

Return Code 1 is a Generic error so you would need to dig into the RUM log to see more.

Log locations - Use Adobe Remote Update Manager

In the second screen it looks like you are missing a dash. Should be --productversion
