Storage 100gb although plan is for 1tb

Dear All

I have an enterprise account - in the storage quota it mentions I am supposed to have access to 1TB of cloud storage. However from lightroom it seems I only have access to 100GB and my creative cloud preferences it says no stroage information available.

Thansk for your help on what to do to get access to the 1TB

Did this get resolved? I have the same issue here, says 1TB of storage on my plan, but reports everywhere else that I have XXGB of 100GB.

Hello Denis,

As per the license details, you have All Apps-20 GB license so by default you will get 20 GB cloud storage for creative cloud. The cloud storage of Lightroom is separate. You can check this article for more details: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/file-storage-quota.html

 

I would recommend contacting your internal IT team to get more information on cloud storage.

Nor sure I understand your response - or I may not have explained myself very well

See here a screenshot of my profile and account details that does mention I have access to a storage plan of 1TB

 

 

Yet when I go in my Lightroom profile my cloud stroage linked to the same account only seems to ahve access to 100GB - what can i do to get access to the full 1TB
