Student plan online storage issue

I'm very confused because in my desktop app it says that i have 2gb of oline cloud storage yet my plan says i am allowed up to 80 gb of online storage. yes i already tried signing in and out. If adobe can help me out here that woukd be awesome. cant contact adobe because i dont have access to the adobe admin console, and than it tells me to speak with my system admin. If anyone can fix my online cloud storage issue that would be awesome.
