Hi. I am having the same issue. I changed macs and the new mac I bought comes with mac os High Sierra.

When I tried installing Adobe CS4, I ran into the same serial number issue. So I tried the link you provided above. It took me to the adobe licensing website where it said "Adobe does not recognize you as an authorized user of this web site. Please contact Adobe for assistance." the link redirects to the adobe help site.

    Hi,

This means that you are not an admin for your organisation who is associated with the licensing website.

You would need to reach out to your internal admins to access the volume installer. If you are not sure who they are then please contact our support via Contact Customer Care  who can assist.

Thanks. But this I am an individual, not an organization and this is my computer so I do have admin privileges on to. I am using a MacBook Air.

    Any thoughts?

    Branching to a new discussion.

Marks, when Alister is referring to the administrator of the organization he is not referring to the administrator of the computer you are currently using.  Only designated individuals within your organization will have access to the files at https://licensing.adobe.com/.  For more details see Adobe Licensing Website | Serial numbers, orders, and accounts .
