Unable to reach adobe servers, check Firewall and Time Zone settings.

I'm trying download the adobe apps, and this message pops up...
'Unable to reach adobe servers, check firewall and time zone settings' pops up on the Creative Cloud brower.
I've turned off Firewall and my Timezone settings is correct. And I've looked online and I couldn't find any solutions!
I can't uninstall the app to reset it as it says 'Can't uninstall as you currently have apps that need the Creative Cloud' which I understand as I do have Adobe XD installed. So was wondering if anyone has actually solved this??
I need to know asap as I'm doing a job for an agency, and theres not much Adobe support help lines.
Also I see some people on this forum, linking people to 'Direct Download of apps pages'.. but I can't do that, as the agency I'm working for has added me to their Adobe teams account, and I need to only access the apps to be on this company licence, so I have to download the apps via Creative Cloud only.
