We now have 2 Windows users in our environment that have perpetual Acrobat Pro 2020 licenses and installed with our deployment package that uses a volume license key that are getting the message "Sorry something went wrong" when launching Acrobat and there is a message in the lower left corner of the Acrobat app that says "Your trial has expired"
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times but the message still comes back the first time they launch the app. It seems to be ignoring the volume license key.
Any advice on what to try?

Thanks. I'll take a look. That document doesn't say anything about Acrobat 2020 so I'll have to see if I can figure out the LEID for it.

This appears to work. Activated Acrobat 2020 Pro on 1 system, still waiting to hear back on the second.
I used V7{}AcrobatESR-20-Win-GM as the LEID for Acrobat 2020.

Interesting, I did this, but it now only runs under an adminitrative account, NOT the user account. The SWID file seem to imply it's licensed but it' clearly being ignored. Did your second PC get fixed ok? I'm wondering if there;s file permission issue somewhere....
