Verify Your Identity Message

I have a co-worker who has an Adobe creative Cloud license, when he tries to log in he gets the below message, but the code is never sent to his account (yes he's looked in his junk mail). Has anyone had a similar situation? Cheers, J

The verification prompt displays if we detect log in attempts that do not conform to the person's normal usage patterns.
