Questions about CEP to UXP

Hi, I know Photoshop is dropping CEP so I am trying to migrate our CEP plugin to UXP. I want to know is there similar functions like in UXP cuz we use these two a lot in our CEP plugin.

csInterface.addEventListener
csInterface.dispatchEvent

And I also want to know which version of the UXP manual should I refer to, I notice there are some different manuals like

Re the question about CS.interface: in this new world UXP, you can interact with the host application controls natively using the Photoshop API (https://www.adobe.io/photoshop/uxp/2022/ps_reference/)
