This isn't a Flash issue.  It looks like something is misconfigured on the content provider's side.  You can try opening a private browsing/incognito mode window.  Any persistent settings you made wouldn't be present in the private browsing session.  If the issue persists (and it probably will), you'll need to wait for the content provider to notice and fix their stuff.  If it goes away, you might try completely exiting the browser and coming back to the site.  If that doesn't work, you may need to clear your cookies, tec.
