It may be helpful to look at the big picture. Microsoft, Apple, Firefox and Google have said they will block Flash by the end of 2020, which covers all major browsers. This is not happening because of Adobe’s declared EOL. It is the other way round. Once Flash Player is blocked everywhere, Adobe will close down the product.  The Adobe EOL date is therefore not the key date, and it is no good looking for loopholes in the EOL process.

There is a loop hole. Tell sites about Ruffle.rs to let them play flash. Get a standalone player for swf / flash and load saved swf files in it.

Some good info that I hope helps everyone. https://community.adobe.com/t5/flash-player/psa-playing-flash-after-2020/td-p/11716613

For additional clarification, we only support the most recent version of Flash.  All customers are encouraged and advised to update to the latest release to receive all available security updates and functional improvements.

The current release is v25.0.0.171
