    Flash Version 11.6.602.180

    OS Windows 8 (64-bit)

    Browser Mozilla Firefox

First, I'd recommend trying our latest 11.7 beta.  This fixes a number of issues with Firefox and has helped some users tremendously.

    3/28/2013 - Flash Player 11.7.700.165 Beta

If that doesn't help, please try the troubleshooting steps outlined in this FAQ:

How do I troubleshoot Flash Player's protected mode for Firefox?

In particular, I'd recommend temporarily disabling protected mode (for troubleshooting purposes only) to see if that addresses the issue.

To help troubleshoot we'll need the following system information:

Is this FarmVille 1 or 2?

    Thanks,

    Chris

It's FarmVille 1 Chris....I would truly appreciate any help that you can give me...It's so frustrating to keep crashing and waiting for the game to reload....and then it will crash 2 or more times before I can actually play the game. Thank you
