Hello, I am a Chinese user and cannot install the FlashPlayer plugin from flash.cn

I reinstalled the system, then opened flash.cn with IE8, download and install the prompt as follows.

Then after I opened the software, I always prompted the installation to fail.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall, but it also doesn't work.

The system is Windows 7 64-bit. Browser IE8.

Either should work, but I believe Mandarin would be the preferred language.

Not a virtual machine.

I found that opening some https sites would show a certificate error.

I will re-download win7 from msdn and install it.

I don't know if this is the reason, so I can't install the Flash plugin.

We could reproduce the issue on one of the machines at our end. Updating Microsoft Security Advisory 3033929 | Microsoft Docs patch fixed the same. Can you please give it a try.
