How do I resize the minimized screen to see all controls?

When I'm watching items in a minimized screen I can't see all the bottom of the screen (ie. play button, time, and full screen function).  Once I click on the top full screen button everything works great.  Is there a setting to resize the small screen so i can see the items on the bottom of the screen?  I use interent explorer and windows 7.   See below pic.

    Hi, I'm not quite sure what you mean. Sometimes I use two windows minimized and just use the arrows on the right side

    to page up or down. That way I can see the entire page.

    If that's not what you mean, please explain further.

    No that is not what I mean sorry for it being confusing.

    My internet exp is full screen but on a website the movie is a smaller screen(PIC2).  In which I having problems seeing the pause, play, time, and full screen button(PIC1).   How do you fix pic one so it is not cut in half?

    Thanks. I think I know what you mean now. Not sure if it is possible, as it appears it is the website that controls that.

    I know on one live PC TV site a full screen option is there, but it is still small. Perhaps if you post the website, I could check

    it.
