How to delete Flash32_11_9_900_170.ocx?

Cleaning up an old hard drive and this file, located in \WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash, just won't go away.

Can anyone help me delete it so I can continue to clean out that whole folder tree?

Download this file: Take ownership.zip

Unzip it, and double click the ".reg" file it contains.

Clikc "Yes" and "OK" to install it.

You will now be able to take "root level" ownership of ANY file or folder on your system.

Right click the C/Windows/System32 folder and select "Take Ownership".

A command prompt window will open as the new permissions are applied. (It takes a while - let it run)

Once it's finished, you can modify or delete any file in that folder.
