I have a problem changing the settings in Peer-Assisted Networking Panel

Whenever I want to watch a video or stream, I have a lot of problems with stuttering.

I found out, that other people have had the same issue aswell.

Someone told me, that I should try changing the settings in the Peer-Assisted Networking Panel.

But whenever I want to check the button "Always deny", it seems like it doesn't register.

So anyone who might have experienced the same problem or knows how to fix it?

Btw. yes, I have the fully updated flash and I'm using the newest version of Chrome. My current connection is 45/45 mb/s.

Unless the sites you're having trouble with use Peer Assisted Networking... changing the settings won't have any effect at all.

You can try using the online settings manager:http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager09.html
