For what it's worth, this is working fine for me on MacOS 10.12.6 with Chrome Version 60.0.3112.90 and 60.0.3112.101 (Official Build) (64-bit) with Flash Player 26.0.0.151, and Safari 10.1.2 with Flash Player 27.0.0.105.

I'm wondering if Yuku was broken temporarily as they pushed out an update or something.  It's also possible that your browser cached that problem, so that it persists long after it has been fixed.

As a first step, you might want to restart your computer.  If the problem persists, please clear your browser cache and see if that resolves it.

If you're still having problems, please let us know, and confirm that you tried the suggestions above.  Also, if you're still having problems, are you using any kind of third-party internet protection or anti-malware software that might be rewriting some of the assets served up by Yuku?

I tried restarting the computer and clearing the cache but it still doesn't work. I have extensions that block ads and a vpn extension.

You may want to temporarily disable all other extensions and plug-ins.  If the problem goes away, you can then enable them individually until you identify the offending extension.

If the problem persists, try clearing your cache and connecting to a VPN endpoint in a different geography.  It's possible that you're hitting a CDN node that has corrupted content.  Switching to a remote geography should get you to a different node.

Flash Player has a number of checks to ensure that a SWF is correctly formed and is not attempting something malicious at launch.  If one of those checks fail, we're not going to load the movie.

Without a link that demonstrates the problem, there's not much that we can do.  Your best option is to complain to the content provider, who can troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Hi, how can I complain to the content provider? IS there a website that I can go to? And this is what happened to the video that I tried to play.
