Correct answer robsr47968113

do you have everything installed in French language?

Maybe Opera is looking at at different path location depending on the OS and Flash language, not sure

Also check if Turbo or VPN are disabled.

Hello,i have resolved the problem with some help on the opera forum.

The problem come to the synchronisation with opera account.

I have reset opera and my save on opera account and it works.

Please post a screenshot of the opera://settings/contentExceptions#plugins window from your Opera settings.

I am unable to reproduce. When https://helpx.adobe.com:443 added to the list of sites allowed to display Flash content, version information is displayed on the helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html page widget:

The default Flash player setting in Opera is "Ask first before allowing sites to run Flash (recommended)":

With the default setting, navigating to https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html and clicking 'Check Now' button results in a prompt to enable Flash:

Clicking on Click to enable Adobe Flash Player, results in the info bar displaying, prompting to enable Flash:

Clicking Allow refreshes the page:

And navigating to opera://settings/contentExceptions#plugins shows https://helpx.adobe.com:443 was added to the list of sites allowed to display Flash content:

Going back to https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html and clicking 'Check Now' indicates Flash Player is installed and enabled:
