"Couldn't Load Plug-In" on all Flash content on Chrome since update

I got five notifications that this question had been approved for the forum, and just now a notification saying my question was rejected by the forum moderators, with no additional information to explain why exactly it was rejected.  To the moderators who approved the question: is there somewhere you know of I might actually get some help?  I wasted many, many hours researching this problem over many, many months.  Surely somebody can spare a minute directing me to somebody who might actually provide help.

I've had the same problem and have been searching for an answer too. I had a marketing agency put a flash video on my cleaning services website www.simpocleaning.com.au and spend a fair bit of money on it. I've had to get them to take it off because it was causing the website to crash for some visitors of the site. I suspect this is a  chrome issue which is why no one here is able to answer it.

Does checking the box next to "Always Allowed To Run" in the screenshot above resolve this issue for you?
