Unable to Download the files from the distribution licensing page

We are unable to download the adobe flash player Offline MSI through the below links.

[moderator: deleted links to licensed MSI installers; per license agreement, links cannot be shared, including on these forums]

we were using this folder till last month end for downloading the patches. Is there any changes on the link please let us know the new Link to download.

We are unable to download:

EXE and MSI for IE-Active X

EXE and MSI for Firefox and netscape - NPAPI

EXE and MSI for Opera & Chrome - PPAPI

We cannot download any EXE or MSI, we are in the US and licensed properly.

The Mac and Linux downloads will download for us, although we don't need these.

Trying to download the msi files for Flash Player version 31.0.0.108

Firefox and Netscape Plug-In compatible applications – NPAPI - Reloads page

Opera and Chromium based applications – PPAPI - Reloads page

I was able to download the Internet Explorer-Active X version - Now as of a few minutes ago it no longer works, page reloads!

Have tried with latest versions of Chrome and IE 11 on Windows 7.

So in my case I have the Active-X version of Flash, but am unable to download the Chrome and Firefox versions.

Just successfully downloaded ActiveX MSI, FF MSI still not working.

Something is apparently improving, slowly and unevenly.

Issuing also problems on downloading the most current Firefox and Netscape Plug-In compatible applications – NPAPI Version only on the msi package that leads to a reload of the page.

I'm located in GERMANY. Please provide a valid dl-link or fix that issue for that firefox compatible Plugin msi file.

Hopefully the fix (whenever it comes) is for version 31.0.0.108. It continues to just reload. And I'm confused as to how Maria_ was able to download early this morning when we have been up all night and until now attempting to download. Beyond frustrating.

Since this topic is more active than the other, I'll post updates here:

When I saw the issue reported at Cannot download MSI for Flash 30.0.0.154 , I logged into the distribution download page at https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution5.html using Windows 10 & Chrome. The MSI files downloaded. After seeing this forum topic, I accessed the distribution page again, using Windows 10 & Chrome and I was able to reproduce the behaviour being reported and escalated the issue to the team responsible for that page.

After escalating, I logged into the page using IE and the MSI files downloaded. I went back to Chrome, cleared browser cache/cookies/history/etc), logged into the distribution page again, and the MSI files downloaded.

In the interim, those able to reproduce the issue may want to try doing the same.

Please note that the files will only download after logging into the https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution5.html page with a valid/current distribution license.

We went live with 31.0.0.108 version of Flash Player. All downloads issue should also be fixed.

Nope, sorry. I still have download issues:

ActiveX EXE - just a page reload

ActiveX MSI - just a page reload

NPAPI EXE - just a page reload

NPAPI MSI - just a page reload

PPAPI EXE - download OK

PPAPI MSI - download OK

Come on! This is Adobe and not a small 10 person IT company. You should be able to fix this download issue in less than 4 weeks! We are no end users complaining here but IT administrators who are responsible for securing their environments with the latest Flash Player updates. This topic should have a higher priority!
