Why No Audio on CNN.com Web Videos ?

Suddenly I stopped getting audio on CNN.com videos. Small "mute" icon at lower left will not change to "unmute".  (MoneyCNN.com videos have the audio !)

Flash Player Help says that Flash Player is pre-installed in Google Chrome, and that, in my case, I have Version 23.0.0.207 installed.

Also, it says my Browser is Google Chrome (PPAPI) and my operating system is Windows 7

From there I followed directions and changed "disable" to "enable"

Still no audio ("mute" icon cannot be changed to "unmute")

Help please?

    Thanks Maria, but I couldn't make heads or tails of where that took me.

    I get audio on CNN.com by using Opera as browser, although I would prefer to use Google Chrome (where, until a week ago, I got audio okay)
