I'm planing on upgrading from LR6 to LR CC.  I have a couple of questions:  1. will my current image history / forlder / etc automatically transfer to the new LR version?2. will my presets transfer to LR CC when I done ;load wnload LR CC?  Any other suggestions / help would be very much appreciated

Hi Team, In our organization, there is a Flex to Angular Migration work in pipeline. Since Adobe Flash player support(swf files) ends by 31st Dec 2020:we are not sure, by Jan 1st 2021, our application will stop working in across all browsers? If yes, what is the alternative way to make it working, atleast until migration project completes?Is there any possiblity to extend the flash support, for specific period (like 3 months) at organization level for development purpose? Kindly advise.

We have AIR application developed using Adobe FLEX SDK 4.6We are building AIR Application by packaging captive runtime bundle way.Application works in macOS 10.14: Mojave but it fails with below error in macOS 10.15: CatalinaThe developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of macOS. I'm trying to add custom items to the TexInput contextMenu.  It works in flash, but when I try do it in Air it doesn't cust the custom items.  Does anyone know a work around for that?  

Hi,I am having a problem to access contentHeight from controller.The syntax is below.private var _controller:ContainerController;var newHeight:Number = _controller.contentHeight;It throws an error now, I was previously using IContainerController with Build 370. When I enable the annotation api in the viewer config. then text annotation icon not showing in the toolbar and when I disable annotation API then text annotation icon showing with which I can write yet on the pdf. If I permanently disable annotation API, then unable to listen to annotation events that I need the most but when I enable then the text annotation icon is not showing that I also need it. When Annotation APis are enabled, it looks like in the below image When  I disable the annotation API, then it looks like So why text annotation icon is not showing on enabling the annotation API in adobe embed API? Thanks in advance 

I implemented the adobe embed api in Angular using Angular sample, now I want to jump to a particular page Example: I opened example.pdf it has 14 pages and I want to jump to the 3rd page, how can I do that. In this https://www.adobe.com/content/dam/acom/en/devnet/acrobat/pdfs/PDFOpenParameters.pdf , I saw the property of page which we can add after pdf URL like example.pdf#page=3 so it will directly jump to 3rd page of that pdf. But when I implement that property it won't jump to that page Any suggestions for this are appreciated, Thanks in advance

Hi Team, I'm developing an internal extension for my company. The extension allow user to open psd document inside it. But I'm facing an weird adnormal case. When user create a new PSD document and doens't save it, then continue to open an existing document from my extension. Following error message is shown up."The document has not yet been saved." Currently, I'm using app.open() function to open an existing document with known file path. Any idea how I can overcome above incident? Thanks for reading my question, P/S: I suddenly realize that I posted this on wrong room. But if you have idea, just let me know. Thanks

I am reading a book Bruce Eckel "Thinking in java". For Flex chapter I am trying to instal mxml-compiler. While I'm doing it some problems appear. What I have done: I installed Air sdk because I read that its peccary to do for working with mxml compiler, after that I installed apache-flex-sdk-installer because I found out that it is the simpliest way to install a compiler. Finally for building the installer I downloaded ant and did the next: In the ant_on_air directory of apache-flex-sdk-installer folder I run: ant -DFLEX_HOME=/path/to/apache/flex/sdk -DAIR_HOME=/path/to/air/sdk And get the next error: compile:BUILD FAILED /Users/pavel1709/Desktop/apache-flex-sdk-installer-3.3.2-src/ant_on_air/build.xml:139: Problem: failed to create task or type compc Cause: The name is undefined. Hello , Will adobe flex work if it is installed and isolated on a citrix server, and if the citrix server is whitelisted from any potential updates ? Is there an automated kill switch that will disallow users to use adobe flex regardless of the updates being blocked? We have a legacy application which users will need to access. This application is dependent on adobe flex and the migration to a new platform will happen in 2021. 

Hi, i have project already exist which is giving some some license iddue in my existing adobe flex editor. So i have installed new trail version and trying to execute my existing project there but hot many error while building swf file. got Error as Description Resource Path Location Type1046: Type was not found or was not a compile-time constant: ColumnFilterBase. My only question on this tutorial is about the syntax, I am very new at AS3 and the other languages. Is this very "case sensitive" like the others. I will follow your example exactly and see if I can code your project and get it to work,

Hi, The "navigateToURL" method in AIR does not work on Ubuntu;I tried a simple example, but it doesn't work on Linux Ubuntu. In my project, the java data service is deployed as part of a web application 'app1' through BlazeDS in embedded Jetty (mortbay jetty version 6.1.5). The data service is exposed through url 'http://server:port/app1/messagebroker/amf' and so, the flex client uses this url to fetch the data from it. In java, the web application is configured and deployed dynamically and this code and this setup works perfectly fine in JDK7. But right now, we are validating this setup with JDK8 as we need to migrate our app to JDK8. But the above same setup does not work, in the sense, the web application deploys properly, but the blazeDS channels are not configured in jetty and so, accessing the URL ''http://server:port/app1/messagebroker/amf' throws HTTP 404  error. The java code snippet which dynamically loads the webapplication is below. Hello, I am trying to find ways to capture the event thrown by Flex in Java Swing . Our Java Swing UI had a flex screen and after a push of a button it dispatches event ( object and parameters) and invokes Swing UI . I am unsure how to catch this event in Swing code. The component listener doesnt catch this event through the channel. Is there a quick way to implement this flex to swing communication? TIA!
