Does "copy paste special" work in FrameMaker Version: 17.0.3.546?

I have been attempting to copy paste a paragraph format. But nothing happens when I try to paste special. I merely get this dialogue:

The paragraph format is not being applied. Does the feature work, or am I merely using it incorrectly?

Hi, @FrameMaker-dk ,

afaik the Insert Special works only with text in the pasteboard not with paragraph format to be copied.

Hi Bjørn:

• Place your cursor in the original paragraph and choose Edit > Copy Special > Paragraph Format
• Place your cursor in the new paragraph and just chose Edit > Paste or Ctrl+V.

I guess it IS working. It is only the UI that is confusing.

Copy Special Paragraph Format  + Ctrl V will work.

Using the menus like Edit->Copy Special -> Paragraph Format + Edit -> Paste Special, will call up dialogue, which is a dead end. It can not DO anything! (except making me confused 🙂 ). Thanks @mk-will and @Barb Binder !
