Error Code: 183 When installing FM2023

Downloaded the trial to see if previous version issues have been fixed that stopped us upgrading from 2019. The installer gets to 70-90% then throws up this generic 183 error. I've 'unblocked' the zip file before extracting the installer contents.

Running windows 10 currently, and have the latest .net framework installed.

Does anyone have any pointers/solutions?

«I've 'unblocked' the zip file» What's that? It may be the same as the following, but I don't know:

After downloading the ZIP, you just open it in Windows File Explorer:

FM-installation1.pngexpand image

You extract the contents by selecting and copying to the desktop:

FM-installation2.pngexpand image

The you open the directory Adobe FrameMaker 2022 (or else):

FM-installation3.pngexpand image

Just execute the file Set-up.exe to get the installation dialogue.

When downloading files from the web in windows 11, depending where they come from, windows blocks certain aspects of them.

I did get it working in the end, but still had the same workflow issues as the previous version, so it was moot.
