Adobe Frescoが起動できない

Adobe Fresco（Windows版）をインストール後、起動すると「ドキュメントを読み込み中」までは進みますが、10秒ほどで終了してしまいます。

再インストール、再起動などしましたが同じでした。

PCはSurface Pro 6(Core i5/8GB), OSはWindows 10 Homeです。
