We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind trying to sign out of Fresco and then sign back in with your Adobe ID or the social sign-in option used for Facebook, Google, etc., to see if it helps? Also, check the available free space on your computer's hard drive (https://adobe.ly/3SUmCU2), clear it if it's too low and share your observations.
