I use a translator because my English is not good enough.

I would like the ability to save favorite brushes by account.
I am on a paid plan and have downloaded many brushes.
Downloading brushes again for each device is very time consuming. Wouldn't it be convenient?

What I would do is save your brushes in a Library, and share that library with multiple devices.

You can easily create a library of brushes within Photoshop, or if you download brushes somewhere (for example Kyle's brushes here:
https://www.adobe.com/uk/products/photoshop/brushes.html)
and transfer them to a library through your CC app, or online (https://assets.adobe.com/libraries)
See mine below, you can clearly see my favourite brushes here, conveniently called "brushes" 🙂
