Al abrir Adobe Fresco se queda cargando en Win 10

He descargado e instalado Adobe Fresco, la 2.7 y la 2.6 en ambas, al abrir el Programa me sale que: "está cargando archivos" y jamás termina de abrir el programa, qué puedo hacer.

Uso Windows 10 y una Nvidia Gforce 2070 Super, deshabilité la superposición de G force Experience y aun así no arranca el programa.

Agradezco su colaboración.

Check the System Requirements in case there is something you could tweak a little.
Also make sure you have the latest versions of Win10, Fresco and your driver software.

We understand technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind trying to update the OS(https://adobe.ly/3vGxZGN) and checking if it helps? Also, try the following steps and share your observations:

1. Go to Creative Cloud Desktop Application

2. Press Ctrl+Alt+R

3. It will show a dialog to Relaunch

4. Click Continue and wait for 2-3 minutes

5. Launch Fresco

 

Additionally, try resetting Fresco (https://adobe.ly/3xxtWgl...) and the suggestions shared in this help article (https://adobe.ly/4aPrG2q) and share your observations.
