Having trouble with Adobe Fresco where after opening a project in the app, the app appears to crash after around 30 seconds to 3 minutes. This happens with all projects. I have deleted the app and redownloaded the app which resulted in a lot of lost work in order to solve the issue but had no luck. I Also restarted my iPad and redownloaded the app but it continues to happen. It started about a week ago. Any help would be amazing!

Have you been successfully using Fresco up until a recent update or is this the first time you've installed it and it started to happen after a few projects?

Hi I've been using fresco with no crashing issues since jan 2022 up until about august 29 this year. The same issue is happening when I log into fresco with my phone so I believe it might be an account related issue.

Sorry to hear about this experience. Could you please share a few more details like:
The exact version of the OS and Fresco, and the Device Make & Model
Does it seem to crash after performing a particular action, or was it random?
Is your email ID the same on this community & Fresco? If not, please share your Fresco email ID with me via DM.
Share the crash report by following these steps:
1. Got to Settings > Privacy > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data
2. Locate the log for your app. The log name starts with <AppBinaryName>_<DateTime> for crash reports, or JetsamEvent_<DateTime>.
3. Scroll down and select the JestsamEvent log for the date & time when this crash happened.
4. Tap the Share icon, and click Save to file.
5. Select Creative Cloud and Save.
6. Share the download link of this crash/log file from https://assets.adobe.com/files and paste it here.

How much storage do you have on your device and how much free space do you have? Sometimes when storage is almost full, you might have issues

My storage is 115GB / 256GB. It used to be more maybe around 220GB because of a storage bug with adobe sketch (the older version). I deleted it and the problem keeps occurring. Keep in mind fresco was working with '220GB' of storage before this
