Can't seem to Image Trace my drawing due to my drawing having black AND white elements.

I bring it into Illustrator with all the layers flattened (the drawing is pretty intricate so having all the layers imported gets me extremely confused and it's too advanced for me to understand at this stage), and follow the steps for Image Tracing. The majority of tutorials and videos I've found say to have "Ignore white" checked off, but my problem is that I cannot ignore white (or black) as there is both white AND black in the drawing that I want to retain. How do I go about this then?

Also, I have drawn the image with vector brushes already in Fresco, so why am I having to vectorize? Are there are no options in the Fresco app other than exporting raster images? I am so confused and very new to all of this.

TIA

Hello @Shannon38473545cqez,

Thanks for reaching out. Would you mind exporting your artwork from Fresco as a PDF and then opening it in Illustrator to see if it helps?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Anubhav
