Changing the rotation point when using transform tool

Is there a way to change the rotation point when using the transform tool? I would like to set it left of center instead of rotating from the center, but there doesn't appear to be a way to control the rotation point. In other words, if I were rotating a circle, you wouldn't notice because it's rotating from the center (like a record), but if I changed the rotation point to the left side of the circle, it would be more like the earth circling the sun (for lack of a better way to explain). I am using Fresco on my iPad. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out. I understand what your are saying. Point noted. If we have reference point from where you want to rotate the object using selection tool would be really helpful. I will forward this to product team and you can do that as well by posting it here (https://adobefresco.uservoice.com/).

This is the best way of communicating with the Engineering and Product teams regarding issues and suggestions so they can be implemented in future releases. Also, other users can upvote, which would help us prioritize.
