document not opening

I was working on a sketch this afternoon and when I try to open the document now, it keeps saying that Fresco can´t open it and that I should contact support. I couldn´t find a solution here, so I was hoping somebody could help me because I really need this sketch.

update: none of my documents can be opened now. Can someone please help me out?
