Hi there,

I'm working on an iPad Pro and trying to import .jgeg and .png files from a Dropbox folder. The files are visible in Dropbox on my iPad, but when I try to import them using Fresco, they are not synced and not visible. I've restarted both Dropbox and Fresco, I've restarted my iPad. Any suggestions as to how I can access the files?

Hi @MinusMelanin,

It sounds like you're dealing with a syncing issue between Dropbox and Fresco. Since the thumbnails of files are visible in Dropbox but do not get placed in Fresco, it could be that the files are still stored in the cloud and not downloaded to your iPad. To resolve this:

  1. Make sure the images are fully downloaded to your iPad. Open the Dropbox app, find the images, and download them to your device.
  2. Ensure that Dropbox has finished syncing and that the files are available offline.
  3. After downloading, try importing the files into Fresco again.

The issue seems to be related to Dropbox syncing rather than Fresco. Once the files are on your iPad, Fresco should be able to import them without any problem.

Best,

Anshul Saini
