I was coloring in my drawing that I had made when my laptop died, I plugged it in and went back into fresco but most of my layers were erased and empty. I got worried so I left the drawing and went back into it but it still wasn't showing up then I restarted my laptop but still nothing, I was really proud of it and I don't know what to do to fix it.

Hello Sandra.

That's a real bummer!
One possibility is that Fresco created a copy when it was in auto-saving mode.
Do you see your file (with layers) when you go there?
https://assets.adobe.com/
it's the creative cloud page where all your cloud files should sit...
Sometimes you may find two similar named files, one with "conflict" at the end. It's generally the one most recent.
In that case, check which one is the one you want to keep and you can delete the other.

To access the website, be sure you are connected with your right Adobe CC account (the one you used when you were drawing on Fresco). This is an important step.
Just in case, you can also post a screenshot of your open file with the layers and everything, maybe we could find some clues in there...
