Fresco Brushes Won't Load From New Brush Selection

I'm watching K Webster's Fresco videos and trying to download some of the new brushes. The screen appears, the add toggel appears, I click it, but nothing happens. The brushes aren't in my Fresco library and aren't in the cloud library, don't know what I'm doing wrong. I have the complete Adobe Suite so I wouldn't thimk permission are the problem.

Problem solved-apparently the cloud doesn't jusy synch, at least mind doesn't, so when I open it and check cloud activity it always tells me to synch the libraries, when I do this, everything in Fresco works, it's a minor inconvenience, but no big deal...so far!

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hello @ken_6275,

Would you mind confirming the version of the OS/Fresco installed and checking if Fresco behaves this way with all brushes/brush packs so I can better assist you?

Also, try re-downloading the brush/brush pack and reinstalling Fresco to check if it helps.

Hello:

Windows 11

Fresco 5.5.5

Just uninstalled and reinstalled it, it then crashed, and now it says "adding in progress" although it's certainly taking a long time, but I've never loaded for Fresco before so I don't know if I "add" and then hit done or wait?

Hello Anubhav, I'm replying here because I didn't really see a correct answer to this.

I am using Fresco 5.7.0, Cloud 6.7.0.278 and PS 26.10.0

In Fresco 3 days ago I was able to load anyu brushes I wanted. Today I canot and the ones I had loaded (both local and Adobe sets) are gone.  Any brushes I loaded into Photoshop also appeared in Fresco, not so any more.

I did nothing that I can see, other than shut down my Desktop Computer (win11) at the end of the day.

I have gone thru all Trouble shooting steps recomended, uninstalled all Adobe apps, as well as Adobe cloud, reinstalled with no luck.

As a side note, my libraries in all apps are not working, and I did all the Trouble shooting steps there also.

The one thing that is curious is when I sign into Adobe Creative Cloud app, no love, but if I sign into my account by just going to Adobe through my browser, sign in and there I see all my libraries back as far as 2006.

Any help would be appreciated, I'm not one that see things fixed when they just randomly pop back up, so the solution here didn't help. But I have faith.....thanks, Dennis
