fresco crasch at start and i'm not fast enough to send the report. So i can never get the support i need.
what can i do?

Sorry for the delayed response, and thank you for your patience. Our team has recently released a newer version of Fresco 4.7 that may help solve the issues you're experiencing. Could you please try updating to the latest version and let us know if it improves your situation?

My drivers are all up to date Frtesco crashes will not let me send crash report. I have had this problem for months.

Do you mean what was I doin g prior to Fresco crashng crashing?
I try to load Fresco from my apps account and ity crashes and it will not allow me to send a report. This problem has presisted for months. I sincerly doubt going to a forum which only indicates I am not alone regarding this issue. So, here we go again another run around the forum response. I am, very disatified with Fresco, but all the other apps are delightful.

What device are you on?
Win10 and Win11 have been having major issues with Fresco since Version 4.3.
Now even with Version 4.6.1 it still crashes for many of us on either Win10 or Win11.
Adobe employees have suggested trying things like creating a new Admin account, Repairing or Resetting the app through settings.
These suggestions work for some, but not all of us.
Though you screen does get further through the process than mine, so it does appear to be a different issue.
