I have Windows 11, Fresco's latest release and Fresco has worked before. I have a Surface Pro 7, bought this computer just for drawing in Fresco. I don't want to change the program, I love Adobe and have used it since Adobe Elements v2 came out so a real OG here.
Anyway, I have uninstalled it and installed it again. No luck. Changed to an older version, no luck. Deleted the whole Fresco map, uninstalled and installed again, no luck. Closed and started Creative Cloud, and pressed ctrl alt R, but no luck. Followed so many tips and it still crashes.
What can I do to fix this?
I work as a designer and I depend on this app. Of course, I can use Photoshop or Illustrator - but I want to use Fresco. Yes, I have the required hardware to run the program. I have space left on my SSD.
Best regards

Hello @imorrow,
We understand how frustrating it can be to experience crashes. Would you mind trying the following steps and checking if they help:
1. Go to Creative Cloud Desktop Application
2. Press Ctrl+Alt+R
3. It will show a dialog to Relaunch
4. Click Continue and wait for 2-3 minutes
5. Launch Fresco
Also, kindly reinstall the GPU drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD) and set the Graphics Preference to High-Performance for Fresco (https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-110) and check if it helps.
If the issue persists, kindly save the following information and share the files here or via DM (https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator-discussions/share-your-files-in-6-simple-steps/td-p/12967...) so we can check it with the product team:
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks,
Anubhav

So I had something like this too... It was something with my Nvidia drivers that were provided by Windows.. they didnt work too well.. I downloaded the Nvidia drivers from Nivida website and it solved all my issues. Hope this helps as I am a big fan of Fesco too! good luck!
