Hi,
I have a new Microsoft Surface 10 and have tried to install Fresco. As soon as I start Fresco and try to create a new document, open an existing document or even just start the introduction, Fresco crashes after a short loading time.
In the meantime, I have updated everything, updated all drivers and programs, uninstalled Adobe CC and all programs, run Adobe Cleaner and reinstalled Adobe CC. Then I installed Fresco again first. Unfortunately still without success. Fresco crashes as soon as I start any action.
I read in the forum that I should install Fresco under a different admin account. Can I still access it with my normal admin or do I have to change the user every time?
Looking forward to help.

Hello @garnetz,
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with Fresco on your computer. Would you mind trying to update the OS(https://adobe.ly/3V81WZU) and checking if it helps?
Also, kindly reinstall the GPU drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD) and set the Graphics Preference to High-Performance for Fresco (https://adobe.ly/41atBge) and check if it helps.
If the issue persists, kindly share the logs by following the steps shared in this help article (https://adobe.ly/4139cdh) so we can check it with the team.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello Anubhav,
Thank you very much for your reply.
I have carried out all the instructions as far as I could.
However, I cannot set my graphics chip to high performance. The drivers were up to date.
Since I have a Surface, I cannot upload the created ZXP file directly. Where should I send or upload the file? Is there a link? Here in the forum the zxp format is not allowed.
Best regards
Garnet

Hello,
I am still waiting for an answer. It would be very nice if someone could look at my problem and help me to get Fresco running.
I have followed all the instructions without success and an automatic upload of the zpx file is not working for me. (See my answer below) So again my question (see below) where should I upload the zpx file and how do I get Fresco to run?

Hello, I have the exact same problem. I tried installing the previous version, but Fresco still gets disabled when I open a document
