Fresco files not updating in pshop

Hi for some reason some files from Fresco sync into Pshop but others not. I can't figure it out. It says internet connection error but this is not the case… I can see the files in cloud ok but they won't upload to photoshop? 

Any ideas or fixes? Thanks!

Hello @CathalMcCarthy,

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind trying to download one of the files from the Cloud Documents portal (https://adobe.ly/3CuqVA4) by clicking on the 3 dots when you hover over the file and then opening it in Photoshop to check if it helps?
