Fresco has deleted 4 days worth of progress

I wake up this morning to finish working on an illustration that I have 70+ hours into, when I wake up fresco is signed out. When I sign back in all of my progress is gone. All of it. I hate fresco so much. I almost started crying. The chat roo. Support guy was no help. Didn’t walk me through anything he just kept sending me links that I already had. I went to the assists page and my work is not there. This is the problem with the cloud. I should have never started using fresco. My stomach is in knots right now. How is this even possible
