Fresco is crashing!

Hello! I just installed adobe fresco on my surface laptop. It crashes as soon as i open it. I uninstalled and reinstalled many times. My pc more than meets the requirements. What to do???

Also, have you tried restarting the system?

I tried it but it saves as zxp and that is not supported here. please guide.
and yes i have.
