Is it possible to make an animation in Fresco stop on the final frame? I'm trying to illustrate a growing plant, but I don't want it to loop forever. I want it to stop once the plant is fully grown. Thank you.

You can set it up not to loop in the animation settings: see screenshot
just choose "play once" and it shouldn't loop.

I have a similar issue where I have an element falling into screen then stopping, but it keeps looping even though I have it set to play once, and the number of times is set to 1. The background is at a slower speed and that plays in its entirety, but the falling element keeps looping rather than stopping after it's finished its path.

Hello @BenChan.nyc,
Thanks for reaching out. Would you mind sharing a screen recording of your workflow and link to a sample file (https://adobe.ly/3WYNlBq) so we can better assist you?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks,
Anubhav

Having a similar issue where I want to use a short, single line path for a movement and then continue to animate it at it's end point. But the play once has it shoot back to the beginning frame again. I tried doing a new layer with a second object that starts at the end point, but the 1st object just bumps back to its start place again.
This seems like it should be a basic function. Move to end of line, then stop and stay there.

You mean you're not able to to do what I am trying to do either, or aren't able to replicate my problem (ie, you are able to do what I'm describing)?
