I've just tried to add on my device and had no trouble adding to my iPad.
So the next question is what device are you using?

We are having the same issue. We are using it in a lab of 32 computers. This is the only place it is being used.
Fresco V 5.50
Windows Version: 10 22H2
Problem exists weather logging in with an Administrator ID or Student ID.
