I tried everything and couldn't get passed the loading documents thing. Then Fresco would crash. I fixed it this morning though!! I was just bored and playing around on my pc and decided to clean up my files and folders. I switched from cybersecurity to graphic design in college so I decided to delete my virtual hard disks and free up some space. Here are my steps to fix the issue:
1. Go to search and type Turn Windows Features On or Off
2. Uncheck the Hyper-V box
3. Uncheck the box that says Windows Hypervisor Platform
4. Restart your pc and load Fresco.
I read up on Hypervisor after it worked. If you dont run virtual hard disks on your pc then turning this off will not "break" anything. Apparently some programs don't like to work when HyperV is on as it uses more RAM and as we all know Adobe programs are resource hogs. Good luck I hope this helps others out there experiencing this issue.
