How to subscribe to Fresco Paid on windows?

Simple question that I can't figure out. I am using fresco on my windows machine, and the upgrade link just leads me to my home page of my adobe membership account(Adobe Home). 

What am I missing here??

Thats what i did try, it didn't work. The link that "Upgrade" takes you to is adobe.com/home
