Hvordan kan jeg lage mange kopier av et element?

Hvordan kan jeg kopiere et element i en tegning uten å måtte tegne den veldig mange ganger. For eksempel hvis jeg skal ha 100 ballonger i en tegning så er det enkelt å kopiere opp den ene jeg har tegnet. Noen som vet hvordan det gjøres i Fresco? 
I Sketches så er det et eget verktøy for det.

Select the layer you've drawn the balloon on, go to the three dots under the appearances tool. Then select Duplicate layer, you'll have to move each layer to where you want it as it duplicates directly on top of the original.
