I can't install Adobe Fresco!

I can't install Adobe Fresco because I am getting the information that my operating system is outdated and it is from Windows 10 v.1809. Which is not possible because yesterday I updated Windows to version 20H2 (the latest version of Windows). Minimum requirement Fresco is Windows 10 version 1903 or later, so...

Can help me someone?

I am having the same issue. Please help. I already tried your recommendations and I still receive the error 191.

Hello @Jesher Shark,

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind trying to install/repairing the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (https://adobe.ly/4b0EhR8), restarting your computer and then reinstalling and checking if it helps?

Also, try installing Fresco under a different administrator account (Windows / macOS) and share your observations.
