I’ve lost over a years worth of work, moving from Adobe sketch to Adobe fresco

I usually work using Adobe sketch, which isn't accessible anymore. I’ve downloaded Adobe fresco to access my work and found that it’s only transferred a very small number of my work documents, none of which I need. Adobe Fresco says my work is synced but I have lost over a years worth of work required for my university portfolio.

Sorry to hear about that. If your files didn't migrate to Fresco, you might try to locate your files on this website https://adobe.ly/3eoSI3p. If you can locate them, I would suggest you check out this video (https://bit.ly/3qfAz0Q). In this video, there are four methods to save your artwork, the first method will not work now, but you may try the rest three methods. I hope it helps!

Within Fresco go to App Settings > Help > Report a Bug. This will open an email directly to the developers of Fresco, they are more likely to be able to assist with this than users on the forum.
