If I collect an image using Adobe Capture, it saves as a SVG
Then if I import that from my Creative Cloud library it comes in as an image layer
Can I bring it in as a vector?

Hi Flex.  You're on v1.6, correct? If you're all updated, instead of importing it, access your Capture shapes from the Shapes menu (it's the triangle/circle icon in the toolbar). Just tap-and-hold on that icon to launch a dropdown menu that will give you access to your Libraries. That process will work with both Vector and Pixel Layers. Let me know if you have trouble with that.  Sue.
