Hi,
I lost all Fresco created documents / data after reopening Fresco and being prompted to resigning in to my account
I am using Fresco on iPad, storage is not full, I always sign in only by email, no other means activated
instead of my fresco documents - there are now documents from Photoshop
lost files are nowhere to be found on Creative cloud either.
PLEASE HELP

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind checking if your files are available online (https://adobe.ly/4fP4Ryw)? If yes, try checking if you might have used a different sign-in account on your iPad or a social sign-in option to see if it helps.

thank you for your response,
but as I´ve already have said:
1- my documents are not in the cloud (or nowhere to be found)
2 - I ONLY use email and password to sign in
In the past I used to sign with other (work) accounts (google sign and mail sign) - but I do not see how it would be relevant to my current account (but correct my if I am wrong)
Should I create other sign in options to get my files back? (sounds counterintuitive)
My wild guess is:
1- it was a "bad" Update (=my files are gone forever (fortunately just a few files) - here my focus is to identify the problem, so it does not repeat)
2- hopefully there was some "sign in bug" which pushed my data somewhere else that it shoud, based on some "old cache" - but here I am extremely hopeful and out of my element / expertise
(correct me, I am certainly very very wrong)
