My Adobe Fresco Isn't Opening

Hi,

I downloaded Adobe Fresco on my Ipad and it was working fine until today. I was working on a sketch and went somewhere for 5 minutes, and when I returned, I could not re-open Adobe Fresco. Whenever I try to press on the app, it loads and goes back to my home screen. I even restarted my Ipad 2 times but it won't load or open.

I wonder if I should delete the app, but I'm worried all my progress will be lost. What should I do to re-open Adobe Fresco?

Definitely not isolated incidences, I'm seeing a lot of posts with this same issue since the V4.4 release.
I experienced the same problem. So I've just reverted back to V4.3 until it is resolved.

Just as an fyi....I uninstalled 4.4 and installed 4.3. IT WORKS. 4.4 is a bad update apparently.

Is anyone else having issure with Fresco I open it, it loads and then crashes I have unistalled it reinstalled shut down computer logged out of adobe and back in and still nothing I need it to work on project for customer that is why I pay so much a month is to have these programs when I need them. Please anyone able to help

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience crashes when using Fresco, especially when your projects are saved on it. 
If you're using Fresco on an iPhone/iPad, please check if all of your work is synced online (https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents). If yes, kindly try deleting Fresco, restarting your device, and then reinstalling the app to check if it helps. Also, check if the OS installed is up to date (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204204).

 

If the issue persists, kindly share the crash report so that we can investigate this further:

  • Open iPad Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data. You will see file names like “JetSam-2023-01-03-083327.ips” (2023-01-03 is the date in the log & 083327 is the time). Ensure you share the recent log file after the crash by looking at the timestamp.
  • Upload the file to (https://assets.adobe.com) and share a link to the file here or via DM.


If you're using a Windows computer, kindly try installing an earlier version of Fresco v4.0 using this link and checking if it helps: https://ccmdls.adobe.com/AdobeESD/FRSC/4.0.0/win64/65329b20-2fb0-4131-a587-6df11b7f46e4/Adobe_Fresco...

Hello I have the same problem in Win, a few weeks ago I used Fresco and it worked well , but since I updated it Fresco never open again. I have sent the error reports but I haven't received a response. I don't know if is possible to go back to one old version of Fresco since it doesn't want to work in any way.
